I attached the patch. This patch includes HAMA-244's patches and
HAMA-251_01.patch. In addition, this patch includes the following modifications:
* Renamed BSPJobConf to BSPJob.
* Removed setInputPath, setOutputPath in order to enable concrete classes of
both InputFormat and OutputFormat to designate various targets.
* Some trivial things.
