I dunno how much use I could be as I've never written a sugar, it might not be 
a good use of my own time.. but I use Espresso on-and-off as a secret love 
affair behind TextMate's back, when I'm not writing Sass... and here's my 2ยข

... if you build it to pop up a context menu for new properties every time you 
hit enter within your brackets (like the default CSS sugar) I will personally 
hunt you down and punch you right in the mouth. Hard. Single most freaking 
stupid feature I've ever seen.

But yeah, I'm all for a Sass/SCSS sugar.
