I had a quick look at the Sugar Syntax thingy at

It don't look that daunting!

I did the Coda syntax for SCSS one afternoon as I wanted to continue
to use Coda and try out scss.

I don't use Expresso but my suggestion would be to just replicate the
CSS syntax and add support for the additional @mixin, @include,
@event, et al for Scss.
