We might consider nested mixins with these semantics at some point. We also
plan to have a way of keeping an @extend-ed selector from rendering itself;
we may make this integrate with nesting somehow.

DAZ, the semantics being proposed here are different from those you
proposed: the nested mixins aren't visible outside the scope of the
containing mixin.
