Obviously Thao has been nominally invited so he may go. However invitation also states "Nhom Hanoilug" which means a larger participation of Hanoilug. But I dont'know ? many they just want one representative of Hanoilug only. Thao could you ask more clearly from Phu how many people could come ? Is it a free entrance or what ? This event looks quite important as it might be a public platform to explain more clearly what are the issues at stake and clear the existing confusion with what Free softwares are (like Pham Mem Tu Do and Phan mem mien phi). If may people from Hanoilug can participate, then we need to build a "core delegation". -- M.
