[HanoiLUG] Open Office Help - Vietnamese

Hi everybody,
I'm using OpenOffice.org 2.3 with Vietnamese interface on Ubuntu 7.1.
There's no help file associated with it. Is there a project translating
Vietnamese help files and register it in Lauchpad?
It's very difficult to use OpenOffice : if you don't know how to do
something, you have to search the keywords in English, and then
translate back the contents into Vietnamese to see what menu is what...
