Thank Christophe, This method is very simple and effective. I have find a tool very useful to backup Mozillar Firefox and Thunderbird.
Please try with Mozbackup: http://www.mozbackup.org/ It can auto backup everything on Mozillar Firefox and Thunder bird. Son.
