I have a meeting this afternoon at the Ministry of Science and Technology in the framework of a preparatory group for VTV2 broadcasts on OOo tutorials (30 min each, about 30 broadcasts during this year). I'll raise the issue of such utilities that are necessary to provide if VN people are to switch from MS Office+ABC fonts use to OOo and/or Unicode fonts. Can some one explain me briefly the principles of putting bounties out on the web for programing such pieces of softwares ?
