Dear All, Openoffice in ubuntu is allowed more than 2 users open the same file without let user know if the file has been opening by other user, this way is causing problem when they work together in same file, everybody can open & save at same time with no warning then finally both lost the data that already input. With microsoft office, if the second user open same file that has been opening by other then it will be read-only open for second one, and like this is help better.
