Hmmm probably the result of moving the code from one file to
another without noticing the other file used to define it.

I think it makes sense for 1.7+ to get rid of anything < 0.9.8 since
it's the oldest one we managed to build with and we're not aware of
any still supported distro supporting any older version.

Yep please proceed as you see fit. If you think other ones are also for
< 0.9.7 (or < 0.9.8), you can kill them as well.
