Will update, but need to dig the Issue in existing version.

I think in the first answer was a good start point.

Is there any new in existing version.

Yes.
http://www.haproxy.org/

Customer will access the application via lb -> haproxy -> Jboss

So there is a "client" because the Customer will not talk with haproxy directly.

This client are browsers or some apps.
They maybe take care of cookies and you have cookie stickiness in haproxy.

https://www.startpage.com/do/search?q=cookie+stickiness+in+haproxy

### part of your config
backend jboss
        option forwardfor
        option http-server-close
        balance roundrobin
        cookie SERVERID insert indirect nocache
server node2 Jboss Server IP:8080 minconn 250 maxconn 1500 check cookie node2 check weight 100 server node3 Jboss Server IP:8080 minconn 250 maxconn 1500 check cookie node3 check weight 100 server node4 Jboss Server IP:8080 minconn 250 maxconn 1500 check cookie node4 check weight 100 server node5 Jboss Server IP:8080 minconn 250 maxconn 1500 check cookie node5 check weight 100
###

Remove:
cookie SERVERID insert indirect nocache

AND

cookie node2
cookie node3
cookie node4
cookie node5

Then restart the haproxy.

aleks

HA-Proxy version 1.6.3 2015/12/25
letest is 1.6.11 any idea when you are able to update?

no clients are used.
? Who connects to the LB/haproxy/JBoss Setup ?
If "no clients" why to you need this setup ;-)
What is your definition of clients?

accessing the HAproxy as Frontend through Load balancing ip and connecting jboss as backend. So your setup is like this.

LB (which ever) -> haproxy -> JBosses right?

Is the LB a Layer 4 one or a Layer 6/7 one?

Please can you explain your setup a little bit more, thanks.

Aleks
