I am trying to migrate some frontends from an LTM to an HAProxy load balancer, and a few of the existing frontends have the OneConnect feature turned on. I spoke to the app owner and he believes that it allows us to have less connections (and therefore less backend servers) and it enables more seamless rolling bounces on the stateless backends.
