OK, so if we have the following timeout values, then "timeout tunnel"
becomes what?

timeout connect     10s
timeout client      13s
timeout server      37s

As already said, with this configuration there is NO tunnel timeout, you have a CLIENT timeout and a SERVER timeout. Those timeouts are well documented to understand what will happen : - if haproxy is waiting for data from the client, "timeout client" will apply. - if haproxy is waiting for data from the server, "timeout server" will apply.
