OK, so if we have the following timeout values, then "timeout tunnel"

timeout connect 10s
timeout client 13s
timeout server 37s
As already said, with this configuration there is NO tunnel timeout, you
have a CLIENT timeout and a SERVER timeout. Those timeouts are well
documented to understand what will happen :
- if haproxy is waiting for data from the client, "timeout client" will
apply.
- if haproxy is waiting for data from the server, "timeout server" will
apply.
