I noticed there was another change to a quic src file in the git repo when I did a "git pull" ... so I recompiled and reinstalled. Now the webmail seems to work without problems.
One other thing to check ... switching my paste website back to http3 and trying to create a paste with tens of thousands of lines. That wasn't working before, had to switch it back to http2. (insert final jeopardy music) ... And that still isn't working. It just hangs, continually indicating the page is still loading. Same as happened before. I will need to get a packet capture for that problem, and compare the upload with http2 to the upload with http3.
