This will gradually phase out fraudulent spousal visas and immigration fraud helping get the state out of marriage (https://adamgolding.substack.com/p/sumerian-sperm-competition?utm_source=publication-search) and allow ant-ice protests an institutional path to veto ICE deportation. This solution is so simple it’s painful.
