Hi Massimo,

12 position for D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D_programming_language

This is indeed amazing.

28 position for FoxBase/Xbase

:)

About pynton Python 3000 will be implemented in C)

This is IMO less important argument. From my POV
it doesn't matter what language it is implemented
in. I know people will say that it can give it a
speed improvement, but really speed is not an issue
as long as it is acceptable.

Python have a good documentation http://www.python.org/doc/

Yes, this is a valid and important argument.

  Python have a ide

I find it amazing people are looking for an IDE for
scripting languages :). I use VS IDE everyday at least
few hours a day, but really I do not miss IDE playing
with Harbour :). I guess it's my "habit". Anyway it
seems "odd" to me.

  Pynton have a gui debugger

Valid and important argument.

Pynton have a native easy gui http://www.ferg.org/easygui/

Sorry, doesn't matter IMO.

Pynton have a web/dev megaframework forfast database application
http://www.turbogears.org/index.html

Well, I doubt Python is widely used in a web environment.
But surely I may be wrong because simply I don't know :).
The problem, I guess, is with providers. They only offer
what is consider "accepted" (PHP,ASP,ASP.NET).

Will be usefull a comparation of harbour and java
http://www.ferg.org/projects/python_java_side-by-side.html

Sorry, doesn't matter IMO.
