P.S. I also remember Przemek some time ago mentioned some issue about 
Linux package versioning. I see last release 0.99.3, on SourceForge 
download.
It could be, 0.9.9 is less than 0.99.3, and packages will not be updated 
to 0.9.9. So, probably this should be 0.99.9 (or 0.99.4-RC1, to allow 
0.99.5-RC2). I'm not sure how versions are compared by package 
manager... Let's ask guru.
