Hi Phil,
Many thanks.
I wonder if we should rather have a 'harbour-1.0.0'
(or similar, with an agreed version number), and we
should simply release RC1 -> RC2 -> RCn by doing
updates inside this one branch, rather than having
separate branches for all sub-releases of 1.0.0.

I have no idea how or how long the version has been at 1.1.1, but it
is now
0.9.9-RC1. When we get to 1.0, it will change to 1.0.0
In SVN, tagging is simply a copy operation, so I placed the tag with
the
following command:
$ svn copy
https://harbour-project.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/harbour-project/trunk/harbour
https://harbour-project.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/harbour-project/trunk/harbour-RC1
Committed revision 8598.
So, I believe you can all start working on the new RC1 image by
changing your
co directory to the new directory.
Let me know if I did something stupid.
