Hi Viktor,
I added prg version because in 2.0.28 it was not present in libgd, after
it was implemented and I added also C version, but it was buggy (GD
version), so I commented out it.
Now I haven't checked in current release if it is correctly implemented,
surely yes, and if it has enhancements.
I have to find spare time to upgrade/add new functions.

It seems that before

GD_VERS was "self defined" to 2.0.33 or 2.0.28.
Now that version checking works it found my 2.0.36 and compile the
function that before was excluded.
Yes, that's exactly what happened. I've left the .prg
version because it's always available (and seemed
compatible with the .c version), and deleted the commented
copy, which seemed like a previous version left in the
source.
I couldn't find more such potential problems, tell if you
find anything.
