IMHO these"activities" are useless, dangerous and disturbing.
Who will be in charge to update these sites, wikis, bugtracks and so on?
And what will be written there? In which languages?

There is nothing more "sad" than a not updated site or than a bug
report without reply, or than an empty "social page".

Just my personal opinion of course.
