hbdoc got seriously broken when we attempted to make it EOL independent. The
problem with the code is that it has
so many potential bugs, that even the smallest modification
can cause serious breakage (in some completely different
parts of the app).

If I wanted to invest (more) time in this (which I don't), I'd start
by replacing the file handling class hierarchy with a few simple
functions.

It's probably much more easy and convenient to write a new
reader from scratch and a writer to some other text formats
which can then be processed by an existing, portable
documentation tool.

The Spanish translation was suggested for deletion, which
I agree with (and without having any specific problem with
Spanish language itself of course), since English is already
enough of a job to maintain, especially without having native
Spanish speakers around.

Since hbdoc is broken and unless someone volunteers, it's
broken beyond repair, I'll move it to examples, along with
support files in the SVN tree until we find a better solution.
Having it that way is surely better than distributing a fully
broken app in /bin.

So please speak up if you intent to contribute to:
- hbdoc fixage
- Spanish translation
or have any other suggestions, otherwise I'll do these
two moves ASAP.

Brgds,
Viktor
