Little bit corrected bullet points:
1. Install QT 4.5. The default location is C:\Qt\2009.01\qt, if you change
it,
also change paths used in steps below.
2. Use 'set HB_INC_QT=C:\Qt\2009.01\qt\include' before doing the build (see
INSTALL).
3. Do a Harbour build (see INSTALL).
4. If you want to rebuild hbqt sources, see: *
5. Check in lib folder the presence of libhbqt.a
6. Stay in: contrib/hbqt/tests
7. Issue: hbmk2 demoqt -LC:\Qt\2009.01\qt\lib
8. Copy QT .dlls from C:\Qt\2009.01\qt\bin next to demoqt.exe,
or add this dir to the PATH.
9. Exec: demoqt.exe

If you want to rebuild hbqt sources, you should do these additional steps
(notice for ourselves: This shouldn't be the job of users IMO, but rather
the sources should
be update on SVN as the generator/input files change):
4.1. Stay in contrib/hbqt/generator
4.2. Issue: hbmk2 hbqtgen -run
4.3. Do a Harbour build [enough to do a local "make clean install" in hbqt].
