If you want to rebuild hbqt sources, you should do these additional steps
(notice for ourselves: This shouldn't be the job of users IMO, but
rather the sources should
be update on SVN as the generator/input files change):
4.1. Stay in contrib/hbqt/generator
4.2. Issue: hbmk2 hbqtgen -run
4.3. Do a Harbour build [enough to do a local "make clean install" in hbqt].
