I'm try use MinGW. I have it from Viktor's distro :

I still believe that very good is OW, because it has almost all the ports on
the platform and creates a relatively good code (size, speed and quality).
Why OW is only suported and not recomended ? Pls. see : Linux, OS/2, Win 16/32,
DOS 16/32 (on C level NLM and ohers format).
"Hard" to say, and try work further/upon. In INSTALL file I see :

Make sure to have msys and MinGW properly configured.
msys should be put in PATH *before* MinGW.

I do not see such file or directory.
