This is my suggestion for "harboru user" - add to harbour web site * https://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/harbour-project/index.php *http://www.harbour-project.org/mailing.html - rename "Harbour user" with "Harbour support" - allow post request whithout registration - allow subscribe a forum by email
