+ Separated EXTERNAL HB_CODEPAGE_* lines to hbextcdp.ch.
These are commonly needed by apps.
* Using hbextcdp.ch in hbmk2.
; TODO: hbextern app needs to be updated to filter out
CODEPAGE symbols.
