It will still process the codepage files but will output to a separate file.
Additionally, with the simpler folder structure (obj\ bin\) I'll
simplify the list of folders for exclusion.
I know that the contrib files are not to be listed within hbextern.ch
but is there merit to listing them within a new file hbcontrib.ch?
