That's OK.

We can have n number of applications. User may choose 
whatever will be convinient.

hbIDE will implement very basic "writer", not fancy, so that user could
amend something or write a new function if he/she choose so.
Or for that purpose he may use another application.

But for sure all such tools will respect doc/hdr_tpl.txt defined format
and will seek permission on this list per se folder and name space.

Off course, a full-fledged application addressing this need only
will be a big productivity boost.

As far as "full-screen" is concerned, it is a matter of tweaking the 
docking widgets with "floatable" attribute. I will do in a moment.
