No, it is not correct in all circumstances.
I stopped xHarbour usage somewhere in 2007, may be 
last update was oct-nov that year. I never updated again,
but have a couple of small applications still to be compiled
with that version only.

It means I cannot take advantage of hbMK2 and finally hbIDE 
for that very specific small purpose.
