Yes, it's also a good solution. Maybe the best.

Could be, though IMO in hbmk2 the goal is not to 
promote support for any kind of broken installation 
with randomly missing core libs. And if you add it 
as an exception, were back to square one to decide 
where to add such logic and program that logic. 
Not to mention it adds additional unnecessary 
overhead for 99.99% of users, or needs additional 
tricks to do it just in xhb mode.

Anyway if someone familiar with xhb version usage 
patterns tells me that most recent xhb versions 
aren't that much used, or dbfnsx rdd in xhb isn't 
important, I can simply delete this lib from default 
lib list to make most xhb users happy. The rest can 
manually add the lib if needed.
