Sorry Viktor, I still don't understand. AFAIK, I don't have ANY cygwin stuff on my computer. I don't see a single cygwin thing in my path, and I don't think TDM mingw is considered a cygwin program under windows. Having installed cygwin a few years ago on a different computer (and hating everything about cygwin after the experience), I vowed never to use Cygwin again. So when you say that there is no C compiler tools in my path besides Cygwin, I am not sure what you mean.
And if what I said is true, then I am still confused as to how it would detect stuff in my PATH that it considers Cygwin.
