Good idea, though cygstart is a simple 'start' like tool, 
which may be the reason they included a cygwin.dll-free build.

BTW, I've fixed it for hbmk2. For Harbour build I didn't 
had the nerve (would take hours for me), but most probably 
could be done in case this problem would became widespread.
