* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
! -hbimplib extended for bcc and msvc* to automatically recognize
and use .def file with the same name as the .dll, if present.
! -hbimplib extended for bcc to first look for any existing
OMF .lib file with the same name as the .dll.
! Refined fallback logic used in implib generation.
(moved .dll existence check to lower level)
* Refinements in pathsep usage in implib generation.
