* bin/hb-func.sh
* bin/postinst.sh
- Deleted 'hbmk' script. Now superceded by hbmk2, which is
backward compatible with hbmk.
- Deleted 'hb-mkslib' compatibility synonym. Use 'hb-mkdyn'
instead.
