I fact I wonder how up-to-date it actually is because it contains e.g.

which is inactive already for many years.
The list is dated April 15, 2008 so I am confused a little bit...

It`s CVC A Sua Voz, Miami via Chile, a real pest on 15410 as it runs all
the
way from 11 to 24 UT and collides with various other stations during many
hours.
