GREECE   Third tx on air again on June 20th, was silent since May 28th. At
1420 UT logged ERT in Greek on 9420 + 15630 kHz, and ERA 3 Thessaloniki 
relay on 9935 kHz.

 KUT, heard in Oregon around 1100-1200
*Qu?bec political parties want control over radio and TV licensing,

*Tamil Tiger broadcasts booted off Serbian satellite after a few days
*WHRI usage of 11785 remains irregular in mornings
*You`d never know it from WHR`s online sked, but WHRA is in Arabic at 
 1830-1835 on 17690, Bible Pathways, fighting Islamic takeover
*WD2XAB heard near Washington DC, on 93.5 with Morse ID; is evaluating 
 IBOC QRM with WPOC 93.1 
*Two Catholic stations on 4005, maybe at same time. R. Virgen de 
 Remedios, Bolivia, and Vatican Radio extended usage to 2330
*VOA doubles time of Studio 7 to Zimbabwe, adding repeats at 1830-2000 
 weekdays, 1800-1900 weekends, in usual 3 languages, on 13755, 15775
*Cuban music tests without IDs on 15460 and 17660 ceased, but Cuban 
 still jamming frequencies several days later
*Succeeded by similar tests on 6100 and 7365, identifying as WHRI. 
 They too ceased after a few days, but paranoid Cubans kept jamming 
 the frequencies even at hours they were never on
*Propagation outlook from Prague: active-disturbed: Jun 25-27, Jul 
 5-6

on with  African music. Very strong but distorted at sign on covering
co-channel BBC  but after several minutes signal dropped down to

French  talk. Sign off with National Anthem. Poor. Mixing with

of  English news to 0603. IDs. Instrumental music at 0603. Croatian
