Bolivia, 6134.78, Radio Santa Cruz, 1015-1030 Noted a male and female
in somekind of lesson. They seemed to be explaining something in Spanish
language. Although the signal was fairly good, I could pull out the
significance
of the comments. As mentioned, the signal was good. (Chuck Bolland,
