language comments.  Very excitable.  He is joined by a second male in
ordinary talk.  Signal remained at a fair level during period.

Later at 0230 programming continues as a male describes a soccer game.

#Unident, 5060.078, Unident Name, 0130-0140, Have a signal with a person in
comments.  Can not 

identify the language only that it's a female talking.  At 0131 a male talks
with same problem. EIBI

lists  Peruvian Stations on this freq as Aroma Cafe Radio and La Voz de las
Huarin.

Not saying this is that one however.  Just listing for future reference.
Signal was very poor.

Peru, 5980.163, Radio Chaski, *Tentative, 0140-0155,   Noted a male
conversing with a female in Spanish language.  The signal is being distorted
by an unknown type transmission on same frequency.  No 

ID heard during the period.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, November 28,

India, 4850.048, All India Radio, Kohima, Tentative, 0150-0200, Noted a male
in Hindi language news 

program with on the scene reports presented by male and female reporters.
At 0156 Hindi type music heard.

South Africa, 3320.00, Radio Sonder Grense, Tentative, 0212-0230, Underneath
an automatic signal, noted music and comments from a female.  Signal was
very weak and difficult to pull out any details other than

Iran, Tentative 6010.036, Voice of the Islamic Republic Doubtful, 0245-0305
Noted a small group of individuals discussing conditions in Central America
as in Guatemala and Honduras.  Group speaks in Spanish and included a number
of males and a female. On the hour heard ID in Spanish followed with the 

news by a female.  Signal begins to deteriorate at this time from a fair to
poor and off the air by 0330..

ID based on schedule of Spanish language broadcasting. Don't trust this
logging.
