Heavy distorted audio channel, QRM interference oddly of co-channel strange peak signal on odd fq 6099.239 kHz`` --- but as I have logged several times before during both transmissions, the latter is RHC as modulated, and no 6100.0 to go with it). Back at 0656, the other RHCs: 6000 is off; 6060 on with music; by 0701, 6165 is in unscheduled Spanish news instead of English. By 0702, 6099.238 and 6060 have dropped to dead air, carriers still on.
