** ECUADOR. 6050, Feb 22 at 0225, HCJB reactivated but not enough to
overcome high noise level here. Pardinho Brasil SDR barely gets it,
but sufficient into Mendoza, Argentina, altho fluttery as if
trans-polar instead of merely equatorial. Andean music with
announcements in local language, not Spanish. 0230 s/off in Spanish,
to return at 4:25 am [0925 UT] in Quechua, national anthem: a longer
version than I remembered, the familiar notes in the middle, finished

HCJB 6050 khz signal from Ecuador has been reactivated. Listen today
19 feb. at 2130 UTC, retransmitting the 89.3 FM signal, Mention other
FM relays " ...HCJB...92.5 Manabí, 98.3 Esmeraldas, 96.1 Tungurahua y
Cotopaxi..." With overmodulation in the signal.

FM programming continued after 2300 and 0000 UTC, when until December
they presented programming for the Kichwa and Shuar ethnic groups.

February 22 at 0130 on WRMI 5010, JBA into Brasil SDR where it`s
aimed, but S9+20/30 oppositely into Georgia SDR.

Also confirmed UT Thursday February 22 at 0235 the 0230 on WRMI 9395,
sufficient direct into my new D-808 even with telescopic antenna
collapsed.
