Chris is on route home from his Middle East sojourn and we've got tape to prove it...I
scored an interview with Arafat for Chris so that will most likely lead the
show...Chris also interviewed Shimon Peres, the Israeli foreign minister, which will
play prominently tonight as well...We've also got a cool Martin Fletcher package and
several "MOS" interviews (Man on the street)...I haven't seen any of it myself so
we'll both be surprised...I hear there's Chris touring some of the rubbled, war-torn
areas...Chris also interviews an opposition leader to Arafat who may run against him
in next years election...
In other news...Tensions between India and Pakistan are heating up as Pakistan does a
series of missle tests this weekend and fear of a nuclear exchange grows...Chandra is
officially classified as a homicide and more fallout from the FBI memo out of
Minneapolis...We'll get into these stories tomorrow night..
