led investigators to theorize the girl may have been abducted by a member of her

"provisional" Palestinian state proposal...Israelis and Palestinians responded

President Bush is moving toward a declaration of how to establish a Palestinian state
as he rounds out Mideast consultations with the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia. An
