There's a big Iraq story in The Wall Street Journal but I can't link to it because 
it's subscription only...Those with the hard copy at hand should consult it...Right 
after September eleventh, Bush seemed to be reticent about going after Iraq; So how 
and why has that changed? Here's the latest on the Iraq story from AP...President Bush 
is methodically laying the foundation to overthrow Iraq's Saddam Hussein, perhaps with 
military action, and he may feel compelled to strike without warning.
