            The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------

This has got to be a shorter Briefing because we have a rather compressed production
schedule today...I think more housekeeping is in order up front here...We need to make
sure you understand the gravitas of our move to MSNBC, particularly those who watch us
on CNBC...I'll make it real simple for you

1) MSNBC is America's NewsChannel...America's NewsChannel is MSNBC

2) Hardball is moving exclusively to America's NewsChannel MSNBC weeknights at 9 pm
and midnight eastern starting next Monday, the 15th

3) Those who are unclear where MSNBC is on their dial should click here and type in
their zip code http://msnbc.com/tools/newstools/n/msnbc_tv.asp

4) Those who don't have MSNBC on their tv should take immediate action...Call your
local cable provider and demand it..

5) For my friends north of the border in Canada, you can still demand America's
NewsChannel and be a patriotic Canadian...I'm sure there's a clause somewhere in the
NAFTA agreement which provides for access to MSNBC in the Great White North...Hardball
could be a helpful tool in bilateral relations as well

6) If you have any comments and/or concerns, pls reply to this e-mail...Keep it short
though!

The shock of white hair is the same, and so are the lucid blue eyes. What seems most
