            The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------

A Shuster package leads Hardball previewing Powell's big speech in front of the United
Nations tomorrow...We'll tell you what Powell will tell you before he tells you, or
least that what Shuster tells me...Reuters is leading with the fact that a link with
Al-Qaeda will only be tangential...He'll mostly focus on their hiding of WMD, evading
and, my favorite line "cheat and retreat" tactics...

We've got a bevy of senators tonight including Santorum, Bayh, Breaux &
Chambliss...Later we'll bring in Rep. Curt Weldon and David "Hack" Hackworth (That's a
hot one folks)....There's tons of polls out there as well on Iraq, the evidence, and
what the American people need to hear to be convinced on the war, yada, yada.....We'll
do some chewin' and spewin' on those...

In my segment, The Buzz, we've got Laura "Its not just an radio talk show, its an
addiction" Ingraham and Katrina vanden Heuvel...They'll discuss the North Korea
situation and more Iraq...It's a fiery little segment, trust me folks...
