presentation to the UN Security Council this morning laying out the case against
Saddam...Did he convince you? Was it an Adlai Stevenson "j'accuse!" moment?
Using secretly recorded conversations and spy photos, Secretary of State Colin Powell
on Wednesday laid out the "deeply troubling" and "irrefutable" case to the U.N.
Security Council that Iraq has made no effort to disarm as demanded by the
