addressed to Saddam: Get out of the country or face imminent war. Negroponte and 
Greenstock (U.S./U.K. ambassadors to the U.N. respectively) announced this morning 
they were withdrawing the latest U.N. resolution and would stand on the authority of 
1441, of which Negroponte declared Iraq to be in "material breach." At 5:45 pm et. 
congressional leaders are expected at a White House briefing...This story is changing
