Vice President Cheney spoke today for the first time about the shooting
accident last Saturday that put hunting companion Harry Whittington in the
hospital. Speaking with Fox News' Brit Hume, Cheney accepted responsibility for
shooting Whittington and said he had no regrets about the handling of the
