White House reaction.   Chris will be joined by Trent Duffy, White House Deputy

Governor Haley Barbour (R-MS) will also sit down with Chris for reaction from 
the Gulf region and his thoughts on the port deal.  And for Democratic 
response, we'll speak with Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS).

David Gregory will file a report on the President's trip to India and the 
agreement brokered early this morning (Read the NYTimes update here

For more on port politics this week, we'll turn to two experts: MSNBC Military 
Analyst Lt. Col. Rick Francona and Frank Gaffney, a former assistant secretary 
of defense who testified today on the Hill on this topic.

And lastly for political analysis on the Katrina tapes, the Republican split 
over Dubai deal, and the Bush trip, Byron York, White House Correspondent for 
National Review and Ron Reagan, MSNBC Political Analyst will join Chris.
