The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------
Tonight Hardball celebrates the 10th anniversary of MSNBC.com, an occasion so
important we wanted to play Hardball twice! We'll bring you two shows live
from the plaza at Rockefeller Center at 5 and 7pm ET.
We'll bring you up to speed on events in the Middle East from our NBC team in
the region and also hear a first-hand account of what the situation looks like
from NBC Nightly News Anchor Brian Williams, who recently returned.
Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Daniel Gillerman speaks before the UN
this afternoon and he'll stop by Rockefeller Center to join us.
For politics of the Middle East and the Iraq War, we'll hear from former Bush
Communications Director Nicolle Wallace and Howard Wolfson, an advisor to
Senator Hillary Clinton.
With a Big Apple hot political debate here in a very hot New York City tonight,
Chris will be joined by two New York candidates, Republican Senate candidate KT
McFarland and Democratic candidate for NY Attorney General Mark Green.
Our Hardballers tonight, Democracy Now! Host Amy Goodman and WPHT Radio Talk
Show Host Michael Smerconish, will have more on the political fallout of the
Middle East crisis.
And for 2008 politics we'll hear from Newsweek's Jonathan Alter and the New
York Times' Anne Kornblut.
